3 April current year regular meeting of commission on quality of the rendered services regarding the results 2014 and the 1st quarter 2015 with the participation of the first deputy directors of the brunches was held

The following questions were on the agenda:

  • quality of postal services rendered by the postal service outlets;
  • applications and claims received from population;
  • elimination of defects regarding pension payment and allowances that were revealed as a result of monitoring made by Off-Budget Pension Fund;
  • analysis of the results of letters delivery sent by the State Inspection of Communication. 

Reports on the agenda items made by the first deputy directors of the branches were listened and appropriate decisions were made.
